The Lucky Fund
The Lucky Fund started when we took in a cat that had been shot and had over 20 BB’s throughout her body. The outpouring of donations was substantially more than what the costs were to save Lucky (who is doing great in a forever foster home!). So we decided to create ‘The Lucky Fund’ to help other cats we take in that needed medical care above and beyond normal veterinary care. See Lucky’s pics below.
The Lucky Fund has helped us save many cats over the last few years. The most recent was ‘The Magnificent 7’ who were dumped outside in crates in late July and are doing well and recuperating from their medical conditions. We are grateful with the outpouring of donations.

The support your donations provide includes lifesaving efforts such as kitten fostering, spay & neuter services and onsite medical care that gives these cats their chance to find loving homes.

Memorial/Honor Gift
You can make a cash donation to Sun Cities 4 Paws in honor of a friend, relative, or pet by mailing a check or money order to:

Please provide the name of the person/pet you wish to honor and provide the recipient’s address if mailing in. Additionally, you can make your gift securely online by clicking the pink donate button and follow the prompts to add the in honor/in memory of information. Sun Cities 4 Paws will send a letter or email recognizing your gift to the person of your choice. Please email donations@4pawsrescue.org and include the name and address (or name and email address) of the person to whom you would like to pay tribute to, as well as any specialized message.
Please note: When you make a tribute donation, the amount of your gift is shown only on your acknowledgment. The person you designate will receive a separate, specialized letter.

Memorial Garden Pavers
A gift in honor of or in memory of a friend, family member, or beloved pet is a thoughtful way to pay tribute to his/her life and make a difference for the cats in our care. Our new addition and remodel of the Peoria Shelter at Sun Cities 4 Paws, now has a “Memorial Garden” as so many of our members, families, friends and new acquaintances here at Sun Cities 4 Paws want to honor and/or memorialize their loved ones, whether it be our human loved ones or our furry friends. What a more beautiful way to remember than a permanent paver with your thoughts on them. These gardens will be in front of the Peoria Shelter, with desert plants and trees.
There are 2 sizes of pavers:
- The first paver is 4” x 8” and has 3 lines with 15 characters per line, including spaces. This paver is $250.00.
- The second paver is 8” x 8” and has 6 lines with 15 characters per line, including spaces . This larger paver is $500.00.
These pavers are concrete and if broken will be replaced. The funds raised from the pavers will go to the medical care of the cats and kittens. Annual Membership
At Sun Cities 4 Paws Rescue saving lives is our mission.
As we continue to grow, so does our need for your support. By becoming a 4 Paws Supporting Member for just $25.00 a year, you are contributing to the care of hundreds of cats and kittens. We are a private, non-profit shelter and we depend on donations as memberships to accomplish our mission of helping the cats that are brought to us. In 2021, we took in close to 800 cats and kittens and found homes for over 700. ALL cats and kittens are spay/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV tested.
So, help us to help the cats and Join the Sun Cities 4 Paws Team today using our secure online donation link at the top of this page. Click the pink button, and when transferred to the Network For Good site, choose ‘Membership’ from the drop down box. Membership is $25 annually.
