Loving Legacy is a program for cat owners to provide for their care if you experience a life changing event. We understand that it’s not always possible to find an alternative caregiver for your cat(s). In that instance, the Sun Cities 4 Paws Loving Legacy program may be an option for you. The Loving Legacy Program’s purpose is to take in, care for, and find a new home for any cat accepted into the program.
We want to ensure that we can provide the right care and best adoption opportunities for your cat(s). We’ll work with you to determine if Sun Cities 4 Paws is the right fit for you and your cat(s).

After the forms are filled out, you have several ways to submit:

Once you fax or mail the completed forms to us, we will be calling you to set up an appointment with a Sun Cities 4 Paws representative. If you are unable to print/download the forms, please call our main office at 623-583-1824 to have the forms mailed to you.
